Most of our work started on the Eastside of the city, so we wanted to cultivate that relationship and incorporate that into our name.

I served 8 years in the USMC and worked in project and retail management for 12 years.

I started dreaming about it in the early 2000's and then in 2008, when co-owner Mike Fici moved to Florida, I took over collecting his rents on his 50 units here in Rochester and noticed how low the quality of service was for the industry. We wanted to create a one stop shop for homeowners and landlords who own rental properties, and the dream became a reality.

The support of friends and family of pitching in to help when needed but to name people.. My Father Gerald McMinn, Dave Deignan, Mike Fici and My Wife Amanda McMinn.

We always drive and strive to improve our process that we have set in place as a company...we adapt with the changes in the industry and always look at new ways to improve our efficiencies within the company and personal growth within ourselves.
